This is exciting - yet daunting. We've put our music out there for everyone to hear now, and the CD will be out there for people to buy; what's going to happen? I used to play music for just the fun of it and to make a few bucks, but it's taken on new meaning as I get older. Music is powerful; it expresses deep emotions that don't always come out in other ways, emotions that might not otherwise be shared. So it's scary, too. It's also a force for change. I'm pleased that we were able to get on SOUNDAID and offer our songs to hep Heifer combat world hunger. So I guess music now helps me help others, still expresses those emotions (and hopefully pulls them out of others); but it's still mostly fun (though lately a lot of work). Mike
